How to achieve the Encapsulated Effect?
Colorless:
Apply a base coat to the nail.
Without drying in the lamp, apply the glitter to the desired area.
Dry under lamp.
Remove excess glitter.
Apply a finisher and dry under lamp.
With color:
Apply a base coat to the nail and cure under a lamp.
Apply a coat of color and dry under lamp.
Reapply base coat.
Without drying in the lamp, apply the glitter to the desired area.
Dry under lamp.
Remove excess glitter.
Apply a finisher and dry under lamp.
