Many of our products are highly flammable and for safety reasons (in case of a possible fall or breakage) we never distribute containers filled to their full capacity.

Electrical appliances sold after January 1, 2022 have a 3-year warranty. Appliances sold before that date have a 2-year warranty. Purchases and payment methods
You can choose between the following payment methods: debit or credit card, Bizum, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Scalapay or bank transfer.
Payment may not be authorized because:
- The card used to perform the transaction is not registered.
- There has been a problem with the website's payment gateway, so we advise you to contact our Customer Service to resolve the issue.

Once an order has been placed, products cannot be added or removed. We recommend that you place a new order.

Orders placed by bank transfer are subject to the stock status of the products and the estimates for said orders are valid for 15 days.
Scalapay is a payment method that allows you to pay in 3 equal installments without interest. This payment method is available for orders over €60 and under €1,500.
- First term: at the time of purchase
- Second term: 1 month after the day of purchase
- Third and final deadline: 2 months after the date of purchase.
Scalapay is a completely free service as long as the installments are paid on time. If one or more installments are not paid on time, Scalapay will charge a late payment fee. You will receive advance notification of the payment via email. You also have the option to reschedule the payment of the installments by advancing or deferring the due date.

Shipping and delivery

All shipments to these destinations are made exclusively through Correos. Regardless of the weight of the package, the recipient must pay the corresponding percentage of IPSI (in the case of Ceuta and Melilla) or IGIC (in the case of the Canary Islands).
To communicate a change of address for an order, you must contact Customer Service. If the package has already left our facilities, we will contact the shipping agency to make the changes. If a change of postal code is required, the customer must pay the shipping costs again.

The Manicura24 Pick-Up service allows you to pick up an online order at the Manicura24 facilities in Sant Julià de Ramis (Girona). This is a free service and you can choose this option while processing your online order.
You must collect your order at our offices located at Avinguda de França, 22, 17481 Sant Julià de Ramis, Girona .
You can pick up your Pickup order at Manicura24 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
To collect your Pickup order at Manicura24 you only need to present your ID and/or the order collection email that we have sent to the email address you have indicated.
You have 7 calendar days from the email notification to collect your Pickup orders at Manicura24.
If you do not collect your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the email, it will be returned to our warehouses and we will refund you using the chosen payment method.
Yes. You can contact our customer service team to manage the return of the order and the amount. These are the options to return the order:
- Bring the package to the Manicura24 offices (the same place where you picked it up)
- Send the package to the Manicura24 offices (shipping costs to be paid by the customer)
- Manicura24 will arrange for the collection of the package. This has a cost of €4 which will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer.
Products cannot be tested at the place where the order is collected.
Yes, another person can come and pick up the order for you as long as they present the order pick-up email.
You cannot add products to your Pickup order at Manicura24, so we recommend that, as it is a free service, you place a new order.
Returns and Refunds
The refund will be made once the product has arrived at the Manicura24 facilities and our team has checked it to verify that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging. The amount is refunded using the same payment method used to place the order.
