1. CLEAN WITH BRUSH CLEANER
Brush Cleaner is a specific product for cleaning manicure brushes. Fill the Dappen Disher with this brush cleaning liquid and dip the brush into the solution. You can gently rotate the brush and press it against the container to remove any semi-permanent nail polish residue. 2. A TRICK WITH A SEMI-PERMANENT ENAMEL BASE OR FINISHER
